Our Community Health Workers (CHWs) provide vital support to individuals facing housing challenges. As trusted members of the community, they help navigate housing assistance programs, connect individuals with essential resources, and advocate for stable housing. Through partnerships with healthcare providers and local organizations, CHWs ensure that those in need receive holistic support for both housing and overall well-being. This program is covered through Medi-Cal Partnership Insurance, allowing La Familia Sana to serve more individuals faster.

La Familia Sana is committed to providing basic human needs support for individuals and families facing financial challenges. We offer assistance with utility bills, eviction prevention, and other essential services.
