Join the La Familia Sana Board of Directors
Help Shape the Future of Our Community

La Familia Sana is growing, and we are looking for thoughtful, committed community members to help guide what comes next.
Serving on our Board of Directors is an opportunity to use your experience, relationships, ideas, and passion for community to strengthen an organization serving families throughout Northern Sonoma County.
Our board works alongside La Familia Sana’s leadership team to help protect the mission, guide long-term strategy, strengthen sustainability, and ensure that the organization continues responding to the real needs of the communities we serve.
You do not need to be a nonprofit expert to make a meaningful contribution. We are looking for people who care deeply about our community and are willing to bring their perspective, skills, and time to the table.
About La Familia Sana
La Familia Sana is a community-rooted nonprofit serving families throughout Northern Sonoma County.
Our work is built around a simple belief: families thrive when they have access to trusted support, resources, relationships, and opportunities.
We work alongside community members to address both immediate needs and the larger barriers that affect health and stability. Our programs and partnerships connect families with resources including food access, healthcare, mental health support, legal services, early childhood and family programming, emergency assistance, education, economic opportunity, community events, and more.
Because our work is shaped by the people we serve, listening to our community is at the center of how we grow.
