Director of Operations
The Director of Operations plays a key role in helping La Familia Sana grow and thrive. This position oversees internal operations, systems, and organizational processes that support our programs, staff, and community impact. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who is passionate about building strong systems that help strengthen families and communities.
Family Advocate Role
This is a relationship-based position supporting families with children ages 0–5 through outreach, parent education, resource navigation, wellness support, and community connection.
Handyperson / Facilities Maintenance Assistant
This part-time position supports the upkeep, safety, appearance, and functionality of our campus through groundskeeping, light maintenance, and facility support.
